About GetYourGuide

GetYourGuide is a global marketplace for tours, attraction tickets, activities, and other things to do at a destination. It helps travelers discover and compare experiences while planning or during a trip, and gives local operators a major international distribution channel for reaching customers interested in their destination. Kanalio is integrated with GetYourGuide. The data and actions available through the connection depend on the channel, the account permissions, and the configuration enabled for your business.

How to integrate GetYourGuide with Kanalio

Before starting, make sure your GetYourGuide supplier account is active and that the products you want to connect have already been created in GetYourGuide.

  1. Sign in to your Kanalio dashboard.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Plugins.
  4. Find OTA Connector and activate it.
  5. Open OTA Connector, find GetYourGuide, and activate the connection.
  6. Sign in to the GetYourGuide Supplier Portal and obtain your Supplier Code from the self-mapping area.
  7. Enter the Supplier Code in the GetYourGuide connector in Kanalio.
  8. Request the GetYourGuide product CSV from the connector. When the file is available, import it into Kanalio.
  9. Map each GetYourGuide activity to its corresponding Kanalio activity. Then map the options and ticket categories, keeping their names consistent, and save.
  10. In the GetYourGuide Supplier Portal, open Manage → Products, choose the product, select See details → Edit, and open Connectivity settings.
  11. Confirm that you use a reservation system, select the provider option indicated in your Kanalio connector, and choose or manually enter the matching External Product ID. Do not add spaces to the ID.
  12. Configure the matching pricing categories, capacity, price, and any applicable add-ons, then continue to Validate and save the connection.

After activation

The External Product ID used in the connectivity settings must match the connected GetYourGuide option. If you later add an activity, option, or pricing category, request and import an updated CSV and map the new item. Price synchronization is optional: if you enable Availability and Price in GetYourGuide, use matching pricing categories and currency and review the warning before replacing manually configured prices.
