Install the Kanalio snippet across a supported Squarespace website.

Overview

Squarespace is a hosted platform for building websites and online storefronts. Kanalio is integrated with Squarespace through its site-wide Code Injection feature.

How to connect Squarespace

  1. Request the Kanalio snippet configured for your website.
  2. In Squarespace, open Settings > Advanced > Code Injection or the equivalent Developer Tools > Code Injection screen.
  3. Paste the supplied snippet into the header area and save.
  4. Publish any pending changes and validate a test visit with Kanalio.

Scope of the connection

Code Injection requires a Squarespace plan that includes custom code. The standard setup covers supported website activity; additional commerce or form behavior should be validated for the specific site.
