About Turinity

Turinity is a platform for guided tours, excursions, boat trips, water sports, and other destination activities. It brings products from local operators into a consumer booking environment, helping travelers compare ways to experience a place and giving suppliers an additional digital sales channel. Kanalio is integrated with Turinity. The data and actions available through the connection depend on the channel, the account permissions, and the configuration enabled for your business.

How to integrate Turinity with Kanalio

Before starting, make sure you have an active Turinity account and the API Key provided by the platform.

1. Sign in to your Kanalio dashboard.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Plugins.
4. Find OTA Connector and activate it.
5. Open OTA Connector, find Turinity, and activate the connection.
6. Enter the API Key provided by Turinity.
7. Save the configuration.

After activation

Once enabled, Kanalio can use the supported connection for the channel workflows configured for your account. Available data and actions depend on Turinity, your API permissions, and your Kanalio configuration. If the connection does not validate, confirm that the API Key is active and belongs to the correct Turinity account.
