About GoTo HUB

GoTo HUB is a tourism distribution platform designed to make destination inventory easier to discover and book. It connects destination organizations, destination-management companies, hotels, and activity providers, allowing accommodation partners and other local sellers to include tours and experiences alongside their core visitor services. Kanalio is integrated with GoTo HUB. The data and actions available through the connection depend on the channel, the account permissions, and the configuration enabled for your business.

How to integrate GoTo HUB with Kanalio

Before starting, make sure you have an active GoTo HUB account and the API Key provided by the platform.

  1. Sign in to your Kanalio dashboard.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Plugins.
  4. Find OTA Connector and activate it.
  5. Open OTA Connector, find GoTo HUB, and activate the connection.
  6. Enter the API Key provided by GoTo HUB.
  7. Save the configuration.

After activation

Once enabled, Kanalio can use the supported connection for the channel workflows configured for your account. Available data and actions depend on GoTo HUB, your API permissions, and your Kanalio configuration. If the connection does not validate, confirm that the API Key is active and belongs to the correct GoTo HUB account.
