Connect supported WooCommerce order activity through the Kanalio plugin.

Overview

WooCommerce adds commerce and order management to WordPress. Kanalio is integrated with WooCommerce through the Kanalio WordPress plugin, which can connect supported order, refund, and cancellation activity with the tracking flow.

How to connect WooCommerce

  1. Request the signed Kanalio plugin and the configuration values for your account.
  2. In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, install the supplied package, and activate it.
  3. Open Settings > Tracking, enter the write key, tracking domain, and provisioned HMAC secret, then save.
  4. Confirm WooCommerce is active and complete a test order to validate the connection.

Scope of the connection

The plugin handles supported WooCommerce activity server-side and is designed to work with current WooCommerce order storage. The events available depend on the store workflow and the connection enabled for your account.
