It organizes local tourism information around the destination, helping visitors understand what is available and giving regional experience providers visibility within the area’s official visitor journey. Kanalio is integrated with Interlaken Tourism. The data and actions available through the connection depend on the channel, the account permissions, and the configuration enabled for your business.

How to integrate Interlaken Tourism with Kanalio

Before starting, make sure you have an active Interlaken Tourism account and the API Key provided by the platform.

Sign in to your Kanalio dashboard.
Open Settings.
Select Plugins.
Find OTA Connector and activate it.
Open OTA Connector, find Interlaken Tourism, and activate the connection.
Enter the API Key provided by Interlaken Tourism.
Save the configuration.

After activation

Once enabled, Kanalio can use the supported connection for the channel workflows configured for your account. Available data and actions depend on Interlaken Tourism, your API permissions, and your Kanalio configuration. If the connection does not validate, confirm that the API Key is active and belongs to the correct Interlaken Tourism account.
