About Gurtenbahn

Gurtenbahn connects Bern with the Gurten, a local mountain and leisure area overlooking the city. In addition to transport access, the destination brings together outdoor spaces, family activities, events, and experiences around the Gurten and the Park im Grünen, making it both a mobility service and a visitor attraction. Kanalio is integrated with Gurtenbahn. The data and actions available through the connection depend on the channel, the account permissions, and the configuration enabled for your business.

How to integrate Gurtenbahn with Kanalio

Before starting, make sure you have an active Gurtenbahn account and the API Key provided by the platform.

  1. Sign in to your Kanalio dashboard.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Plugins.
  4. Find OTA Connector and activate it.
  5. Open OTA Connector, find Gurtenbahn, and activate the connection.
  6. Enter the API Key provided by Gurtenbahn.
  7. Save the configuration.

After activation

Once enabled, Kanalio can use the supported connection for the channel workflows configured for your account. Available data and actions depend on Gurtenbahn, your API permissions, and your Kanalio configuration. If the connection does not validate, confirm that the API Key is active and belongs to the correct Gurtenbahn account.
