WPForms

Connect supported WPForms submissions through the Kanalio plugin.

Overview

WPForms is a WordPress form builder for contact, enquiry, registration, and other website forms. Kanalio is integrated with WPForms through the same Kanalio plugin used for WordPress.

How to connect WPForms

  1. Request the signed Kanalio plugin and configuration values for your website.
  2. Install and activate the plugin from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  3. In Settings > Tracking, enter the write key, tracking domain, and HMAC secret supplied by Kanalio.
  4. Optionally restrict tracking to specific WPForms form IDs, then save and submit a test form.

Scope of the connection

Supported submissions can be recorded as lead events. The plugin identifies supported email and phone fields by their field type; it does not turn every form answer into a Kanalio profile field.
